Contact us

Email baggedsupport@gmail.com about anything at all — a bug, a wrong identification, a card that did not appear, a report about another player, or a question about your data.

It helps enormously if you include your username, your iPhone model and iOS version, and roughly when it happened. If it is about one catch, the species and the date is usually enough for us to find it.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

This is permanent and immediate. It removes your collection, your cards, your photographs, your scores and your leaderboard entries. There is no undo and we cannot restore an account afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first — any card can be saved to your Photos as a sticker.

If you signed in anonymously and have since lost the device, there is no way for us to identify which account was yours. Link your account to Apple or Google if you want to be able to recover it.

Restoring a purchase

If you have paid for Bagged+ and it is not showing — on a new phone, after reinstalling, or after signing in again — tap Restore on the Bagged+ screen, or in Profile → Settings.

Restoring works from the Apple ID that made the purchase, so make sure you are signed in to the same one. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled in your iPhone settings:

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bagged → Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews for another one. You keep Bagged+ until the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime purchase is not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel, and it does not renew.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue a refund ourselves, however much we might want to.

Reporting a photo or a player

Catch photographs are taken by players, and occasionally someone uploads something they should not. Email baggedsupport@gmail.com with the username and the card, and we will look at it.

You can also block a player from their profile in the app, which removes them from your leaderboards and hides their collection from you.

The identification was wrong

It will be, sometimes. Species identification is automatic and it makes mistakes — particularly with juveniles, unusual angles, and species that look alike. It is a game rather than a field guide.

Never use Bagged to decide whether an animal is venomous, protected, or safe to approach or touch. If a card is obviously wrong and you want it removed from your collection, email us and we will take it off.

Your data

What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, including how to get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Analytics are off unless you turn them on, and you can change your mind at any time in Profile → Settings.
